The past few days, I have been helping a colleague in charge of a data migration project.

During the AZ900 series we I have been looking at the core services offered by Azure.

In the previous posts in the series, we have looked at the core resources available in Azure for Storage, Compute and Networking.

In the previous post of this AZ900 series, we looked at Microsoft’s various networking security options within the Azure platform.

Although there isn’t much on the site, I thought it was time to configure the WebApp to use SSL certificates, and keeping to my Northern roots decided to try and do it as cheaply as possible.
